Rent:

The rent amount is mentioned on our website www.lecocon.org

Costs for gas, water and electricity and deposit are payable separately. Costs for cleaning and reception are not included in the rent. You have to pay this to the hostess or host (cash or by cheque) who is present at your arrival.

Payment:

We ask an initial payment of 30% of the rent. When we have received the initial payment your reservation is definitive. The remaining 70% of the rent has to be paid six weeks before your arrival.

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation more than 8 weeks before the rented period we will charge you for 50% of the initial payment. In case of cancellation shorter than two months before the rented period thee will be no restitution of the initial payment.
