In the south of France in the heart of Provence, the house La Chataigneraie. The villa is located in an area (with trees) of 4000 m at 2 km distance from the village of La Verdiere and has a swimming pool (8 to 4). Privacy, tranquility and views are guaranteed on this wonderful vacation spot where you can enjoy all the good that Provence has to offer. The whole can accommodate 13 persons and consists of a main house and an annexe of 32 m2. In the main house are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with one double bed and there is 1 bedroom with 5 beds. There is one bathroom in the main house with bat and (separate) shower and one bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room you'll find a TV with DVD player.

The dependance of 32 m2 is fully equipped. It is a double bed and one bunk bed. Bathroom with a shower and toilet and a kitchen (with oven, microwave and 2-ring cooker). Also here is a TV with DVD player. On the terrace of the house, around the pool and the garden is wonderful sit with a book and a drink.

La Verdiere is located 60 km from the city of Aix en Provence and 30 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. In the village of La Verdier you will find a bakery, butcher, Super Market, takeaway pizza and two cafes. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. For walkers, there are endless beautiful walks, including Grande Randonee 99.

The deposit is € 300 per rental.
Final cleaning is required.

Price:

per week from Saturday to Saturday except compulsory final cleaning per rental.
Including costs for electricity, gas and water.
