Surrounded by vineyards, 3 kilometers from the provincial town Cotignac you find "Les Deux Palmiers". A holiday paradise consisting of a main house and an annexe or guest accommodation, suitable for 10 people. In total there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This house is located on a beautiful lot of 5000 meters. A heated swimming pool (10 x 5 meter) ensures swimming in spring and autumn.The terraces provide everyone peace and privacy.
In the main house you'll find on the ground floor kitchen, living room (with TV), bedroom, bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a 2-bed. This bedroom has a private terrace.
On the first floor of the main house are two bedrooms: one bedroom with two 1-beds and a bedroom with a 2-bed. This first floor has a bathroom with bath. At about 40 meters from the main house you will find the annex or guest accommodation. This guest house consists of one large bedroom (with fireplace) with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The guest house has a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and sink, a two-burner stove and microwave. A small fridge is in the bathroom of the guesthouse. Photo impression The large garden is excellent and offers many opportunities for children to go play. Here you will find the built-jeu de boules track. here is a gasbarbecue present. The area is hilly with olive trees and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with great dining, beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barba Roux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and walks. In the vicinity of the house you find many beautiful walks. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. Further in the region the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix. Cotignac is located in the heart of Provence at 230 meters altitude. It is a lively town with character. The weekly market on Tuesday morning, the many fountains, the nice restaurants and shops and the central square with the plane make this town an ideal holiday destination. Prices 2009 (euros) per week stay; Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00 hours unless otherwise agreed.
A rental period of at least 2 weeks, there is a discount of € 50, - per week.
Prices include bed linen, towels, gas and electricity, excluding the mandatory final cleaning of € 100, -- Deposit: € 500, - payable on arrival.
