This Gîte of Andre and Simone Bayol is very well cared for. Within walking distance of Valensole, with a nice village square, cafes and terraces, and all the stores that you need for your groceries. A great place to enjoy the peace and nature in the lavender fields, or as a base for the many attractions in the immediate vicinity.

The living-room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, a dresser and a TV.The bedroom, separated from the living-room by a transparent curtain, has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, shelves for shoes and coat hooks.The bathroom has a shower, sink and separate toilet. Bath linen is also available.The gite has a large, private terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine while eating outside.

André and Simone Bayol are the very nice owners of a large villa in Valensole. Part of it is designed as a gite. The gite is separate from the rest of the villa, with its own entrance, own private terrace, private parking and a beautiful view of Valensole.The gite is detached and quiet, far from transit routes or busy roads and was luxuriously furnished at the beginning of 2007.As the owners have both been cooks, the kitchen is very well laid out and ready for good cooking! André and Simone will be happy to help you with information on local attractions and fun trips in the area.

Valensole is a town situated in the French department of the “Alpes de Haute Provence”. It counts about 2,500 inhabitants and is surrounded by lavender fields. Valensole is an ideal place to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Provence. About 1/2 hourʼs drive from Valensole are the Gorges du Verdon.
