The apartment La Vincence is part of a big old renovated farm, La Ferme Vincence.This beautiful place in the heart of Provence is ideal for people who love peace and nature.The apartment is very well kept and its location is completely private. The owners of the farm live on the other side. As tenants, you have your own driveway, own private entrance and parking. There are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen. The apartment is only 5 minutes drive from the village of La Verdiere.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen with dining table, cooker, oven,microwave and fridge/freezer.Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.Bedroom 1 with double bed is also on the ground floor.On the first floor is the spacious bedroom 2, also with double bed.The apartment has a lovely terrace with beautiful tiles.There is an outdoor table with parasol and chairs. La Verdiere is located 40km from the city of Aix en Provence and 30km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is one hour's drive. Walkers will enjoy endless beautiful walks, including the Grande Randonnée 99 (GR 99). Other details: Washing machine available
Deposit is €200 per rental. Final cleaning required. Per week from Saturday to Saturday. Rent includes electricity, gas and water, but is exclusive of mandatory final cleaning charge(€30).
