In the south of France in the heart of Provence located in the Parc Regional du Verdon is this wonderful house (suitable for 4 / 5 persons) with a private swimming pool situated. A beautiful house, well cared for on a fenced large area. The house has the most beautiful pool in our file, completely surrounded by terraces and woods. The house is located on a large private property about 2 km from the picturesque village of La Verdière. Privacy and peace are guaranteed. La Verdière is located 40 km from the city of Aix en Provence and 30 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is an hour's drive away. For hikers, there are endlessly beautiful hiking trails, including GR 99.
Amenities: Entrance via the kitchen. A living room (4x10 meters) with sitting area, fireplace, dining area and french windows to the terrace. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath / shower. Seperated toilet.
Outside on the terrace (with barbecue) you will have a magnificent view of the village and its surroundings. The fully tiled swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) is located beautiful and has a nice summer terrace.
Details: Dishwasher present, washing machine available, pets are not allowed. In the house smoking is not allowed.
Deposit is € 300 per rental period.
Price: By week from Saturday to Saturday. Rent is exclusively mandatory final clean-up of € 80 per rental period, including costs for electricity, gas and water. Linen rental for € 6 per person.
