This fine house is set in a beautiful location amongst hills with olive trees and vineyards in the heart of Provence. The house is beside the river Carami and about 2.5 km from the historic Provencal town of Carces. You can enjoy peace and tranquility by your own river! A truly ideal restful holiday.

Lake Carces is within walking distance (15 minutes) of the house. The Mediterranean sea is an hour's drive away. In addition, there are beautiful golf courses in the area (Golf de Barbaroux, Golf de Sainte Baume), beautiful walks and the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix.

The house consists of a living room with a dining area and lounge with a fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 singles and a bunk bed), a bathroom and a toilet. Adjoining the living room is a large comfortable terrace with fixed barbecue for the warm summer evenings. There is an above ground swimming pool (3m x 3m) for a

refreshing dip next to the house. Swimming is also possible in the river.

Carces is built on a hill (130m above sea level) at the point where the rivers Argens and Carami meet. It is a green and peaceful town with every facility one would want. Walking through the small old streets you can taste the atmosphere of Provence. The town lies on the large lake of Carces. This is a fisherman's paradise. Thanks to the four rivers, Carces is known for its fly fishing.
