This holiday home lies on private property, 1 Km from the Provence village of Tavernes andKm from the historic town of Barjols. It is surrounded by 9 hectares of woodland offeringmaximum privacy. This house has been tastefully refurnished and is suitable for 4 / 5 people. The house is cool in the summer and deliciously warm in the winter. There are terracesaccessible from the living room and kitchen with tables, chairs, a garden sofa, hammocks ana large parasol at your fingertips. The large pool with a spacious surround, pool house and shower can be reached via a foresttrail. There is a magnificent view over the valley from the swimming pool. The pool is 30 meters from the main house and 50 meters from the holiday home, so maximum privacy duringswimming or sunbathing is guaranteed.
The owners, a Dutch couple who sometimes occupy the main house, will give the tenants maximum privacy. Lay-out house: The living area is 85m2 excluding the terraces. The entrance leads into the cozy sitting/dininroom with fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and has a door leading to the terrace in the backyard. There is also a cooker, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, freezer andwashing machine in the kitchen. There is also a well lit bathroom with tub and shower, toilet, bidet and sink with a mirror. There are 2 bedrooms with quality beds. One has a double bed, the other 2 single beds. Thehouse is suitable for a family with 3 children. There are extra fold up beds and cots availableIt is a 5 minute drive from the centre of the town of Barjols. This town has several nicerestaurants and cafés as well as butchers, bakers and a supermarket. Barjols is a town withrich history and is well known for its 42 fountains and 4 rivers. It is about 55 miles from Aix-eProvence and 30km from the Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de St. Croix. The Mediterraneais an hour's drive away. For hikers, there are many beautiful hiking trails, including the Grand Randonnée 99 (GR99 trail). Television with satellite reception and washing machine available
Deposit : €300 Price : Per week from Saturday to Saturday. Clean up fee per rental period € 80 which includ costs for electricity, gas and water. Linen rental : €7,50 per person.
