This cozy cottage is situated 2 km from the village of La Verdière in the Parc Régional du Verdon in Provence. The house is located in a beautiful spot between vineyards. An ideal place to relax and enjoy all the good that the Provence has to offer. At 2 km distance, there is a swimming pool which is open in July and August. It is half hour drive to a lake where you can swim.
The house is located about 2 km from the picturesque village of La Verdière own in a large area. Privacy and tranquility are guaranteed. La Verdière is located 40 km from the city of Aix en Provence and 30 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. For walkers, there are endless beautiful walks, including GR 99.
Entrance through the kitchen. Besides the cozy kitchen is a (small) living room with sofa and television. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The bathroom with shower, you will find on the first floor.
Outside on the terrace of the house has a magnificent view of the surroundings. Specialties: Present dishwasher, washing machine available. The deposit is € 300 per rental. Final cleaning is required. Price: Per week from Saturday to Saturday. Excluding rent is final cleaning (50 euro for 2 people, 70 euro for 3 or 4 people), including costs for electricity, gas and water. Linen rental for € 6 per person. By hiring of at least 2 weeks, a discount of 50 euros per week!
