This fine holiday house is set in a beautiful location in the hills of Provence amongst vineyards and olive trees. Situated about 4km away from the historic Provencal village of Carces you can enjoy peace and quiet in your own vineyard. A truly ideal restful holiday. Both the Mediterranean sea and the Lac de Sainte Croix are within an hour's drive. There are two beautiful Golf Courses in the area (Golf de Barbaroux, Golf de Sainte Baume), lovely walks, and the famous Gorges du Verdon. Just outside Carces is a supermarket and in the village you will find several bakeries, butchers, bars and restaurants. The large outdoor market on Saturdays is certainly worth a visit.

The ground floor of the house is for rent. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a double sofa bed. The owner has just this year built 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a living room with an open kitchen, fully equipped. The owners have their own apartment on the first floor. In the summer they live in the French overseas department of Reunion so they are not in the house for the summer.The terrace and the enormous pool of 20mx6m are there for the sole use of the tenants. Beside the swimming pool is a bathhouse built with a shower and toilet.

Good to know : washing machine and dishwasher are available. Television with satellite reception available.

Price includes gas, water and electricity.

Mandatory final clean-up charge of € 90,- not included.

You get a € 50 discount per week if you rent the house for 2 weeks or more.
