The house La Bergerie is a very old renovated farmhouse. and now after more than 300 years it lies in the heart of the Provençal town Vinon sur Verdon in the Provence. You can enjoy the peace and quiet around the house, but you can walk within 3 minutes to the bakery or a cozy terrace. The house still has the charm of an old farm.
Big old walls and the current swimming pool was used to be a watering for sheep. As so often in Provence the large kitchen is the central area of the house. In addition there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and 1 with shower). 1 bedroom has a double bed, 1 bedroom has a double bed + single bed, 1 bedroom has three single beds. There is also one sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as sleeping place for 2 persons. In the summer the patio (terrace) next to the kitchen is the place to eat, drink and read. In other words, enjoy the life.
Vinon is about 45 km from Aix en Provence and 30 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean Sea is only one hour away. For hikers this setting is a paradise. Other activities in Vinon area: horse riding, gliding, flying, kayaking, swimming and tennis. The town Vinon sur Verdon lies just above the left bank of the River Verdon. A town with a typical Provençal atmosphere: old streets and a town square under the hue of the planes. In Vinon you can find the best restaurants, shops and a supermarket. On Sunday morning an enlarged market. Vinon is located 25 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon, a spectacular piece of scenery.
From Saturday to Saturday. The rent includes charges for electricity, gas and water. Excluding costs € 90 for compulsory final clean-up. Sheets can be rented for € 8 per person.
