The house is plain and has a spacious living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. On two bedrooms is a 2-bed (1.80 by 2). The third bedroom has two 1-beds (0.90 to 2). 1 bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom is separate and has a shower and a sink. The entire house is air-conditioning. A second toilet found in the central corridor. The living room has doors that open onto a wonderful covered terrace. The (heated by solar cells) pool measuring 9.5 m by 4.5 m. The depth is descending to 1.80 m. in the middle. The large garden is lovely for children to play. There is (widescreen) television reception of Dutch channels. The TV is equipped with a home cinema set-which itself brought a game console can be connected. Also present DVD player, VCR and internet access. Pets are not allowed in this house. Smoking is prohibited in the house.

The area is hilly with olive trees and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with great dining, beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barba Roux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and walks. In the vicinity of the house you find many beautiful walks. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. Further in the region the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix. Cotignac is located in the heart of Provence at 230 meters altitude. It is a lively town with character. The weekly market on Tuesday morning, the many fountains, the nice restaurants and shops and the central square with the plane make this town an ideal holiday destination. 

Price per week from Saturday to Saturday except compulsory final cleaning of € 100 per rental - including costs for electricity, gas and water. Bed linen for rent for € 7.50 per person.

A rental period of at least 2 weeks, there is a discount of € 50, - per week.
