The house Maison La Pergola is located in an area of 4000 m2 in the heart of Provence at the Parc Régional du Verdon. A very comfortable house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool (10 x 5). The house is about 20 minutes walk from the village of La Verdière. An ideal place to enjoy all the good that Provence has to offer.

The house has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with American refrigerator, a beautiful cooker. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious dining room. Behind the cozy living room (with TV). On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms. Both with a double bed. These rooms have a private bathroom. 1 bathroom with bath and 1 bathroom with bath and walk in shower. On this floor is 1 toilet. Almost any room in the house has a magnificent view over the surroundings.

We are talking about a very comfortable house that is decorated with great care on a beautiful spot. You can walk to the village in about 20 minutes. In the village you will find a bakery, butcher, a small super Market, a takeaway pizza and 2 cafes where lunch can be eaten. Of course you can also enjoy cool in your own swimming pool. The terrace has a large covered terrace for the required shade. There are 2 tennis courts in the village, where you charge them. La Verdier is about 60 km from Aix en Provence, 20 km from the Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. For walkers, there are endless beautiful walks, including 99 Grand Randonee Deposit: € 300. Final cleaning is required.
