On the ground floor of this brand new house is a two double bedroom (bed of 1.60 to 2.00) with ensuite bathroom (shower, sink Italian). Furthermore, a large living / dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, induction cooker). From the living room you walk through your doors to covered terrace. On the first floor are two bedrooms (both with 2 single beds, beds of 0.90 to 2.00), one bathroom (bath and washbasin), WC. On the terrace is a table and chairs.

The house is separated from the neighboring house through a wall. You have all privacey on your patio, around the pool and in the spacious garden. From the terrace and the garden you can sit overlooking the area. For evening sit outside to cook, there is a large gas barbecue available. We're talking about a comfortable holiday home is furnished with great care. You can walk to the village in about 15 minutes. In the village you will find a bakery, butcher, a good small supermarket, a pizza takeaway and two bars whre you can have a nice lunch. There are two tennis courts in the village. La Verdière is about 60 km from Aix en Provence 20 km from the Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is one hours drive. For walkers, there are endless beautiful walks, including 99 Grand Randonee Deposit: € 300. Cleaning required.
