pict0094.jpg In the heart of Provence, located in the Parc Regional du Verdon is this wonderful house (170 m2, suitable for 6 persons) with a private swimming pool (9 x 4.5 meter). There are 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is a beautiful house, well cared for and located on a large private property (7000 m2) about 3,5 km from the picturesque village of La Verdiere. Privacy and peace are guaranteed. La Verdiere is situated 40 km from the city of Aix en Provence and 30 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is an hour's drive away. For hikers there are endlessly beautiful hiking trails, including GR 99. There are 3 bedrooms all with a private bathroom. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet and one bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.  On the first floor is the living/dining room and well equiped kitchen (with microwave, oven and dishwasher). The living room has a TV which receives international channels. On this floor you will find the well equiped kitchen (with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher). From the kitchen there are doors to the balcony where you can relax and enjoy at the fantastic view. WIFI available. The private pool (8 mx4.5m) is perfect for a cool dip with lots of space to relax and take in the landscape.Privacy and peace are guaranteed.  Washing machine available. Pets are not allowed. No smoking in the

house.

In the village you will find a bakery, butchers, a small supermarket, a takeaway pizza and a café for a morning coffee or cool afternoon drink. Two tennis courts in the village are available for a small fee.  For walkers, there are many beautiful trails, including the Grande Randonnée GR99.Other attractions in the area include Aix en Provence (50 km), with its beautiful fountains & squares, markets & restaurants.

The Gorges du Verdon (30 km) is wonderful for boating and picnicking by the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is about 1 hour's drive away.

Final cleaning is required. Washing machine, dishwasher and Internet access.

 

prices: per week from Saturday to Saturday.

Price includes costs for electricity, gas and water but excludes compulsory final cleaning fee of € 100,- per rental period and a rent of bed linen € 7,50, per person.
