This “Bastide” is situated 2,5 km from the Provencal village of Cotignac. The Bastide has been completely renovated and is now a fine house for 8/10 persons. Bastide Le Gourlon is located close to an area filled with vineyards. You have a fantastic view over the surrounding area. The picture is completed by a lovely salt water swimming pool (10 m x 4 m) and a summerkitchen. There are 4 bed-rooms and 3 bathrooms. An extra shower you'll find next to the pool. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. You are within easy access to the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac de Sainte Croix.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a livingroom anf two covered terraces. There are 3 double bedrooms (two with en suite) and one twin bedroom.The third bathroom is separate with shower, wash-hand basin and toilet. The garden has plenty of space for children to play. There is a TV and Internetacces.
The area is hilly with olive trees and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with great dining, beautiful Golf Courses (Golf de Barbaroux, Golf de Sainte Baume) and many spectacular walks. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. You are within easy access to the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac de Sainte Croix. Cotignac is located in the heart of Provence at 230m altitude. It is a lively town with character. The weekly market on Tuesday morning, the many fountains, nice restaurants and shops as well as the central square with plane trees, make this town an ideal holiday destination. Price per week from Saturday to Saturday Rent includes costs for electricity, gas and water but excludes the compulsory final cleaning fee of € 110,- per rental Bed linen is for rent @€7.50 per person
