It is a beautiful house, well cared for on a large fenced area. The house has one of the most beautiful pools in our file, completely surrounded by terraces and woods. The house is located on a large private property about 2 km from the picturesquevillage of La Verdiere. Privacy and peace are guaranteed. La Verdiere is situated 40 km from the city of Aix en Provence and 30 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is an hour's drive away. For hikers there are endlessly beautiful hiking trails, including GR 99.  PHOTO GALLERY   Amenities:

Entrance via the kitchen.A living room (4x10 metres) with sitting area, fireplace, dining area and frenchwindows onto the terrace.One bedroom and a bathroom with bath/shower.Separate toilet. First floor:3 bedrooms and one bathroom with bath and separate shower. Outside on the terrace (with barbecue) you will have a magnificent view of thevillage and its surroundings. The fully tiled swimming pool is perfectly locatedwith a nice summer terrace.  Details: Dishwasher, washing machine available. Pets are not allowed. No smoking in the

house.

 

Price: per week from Saturday to Saturday except compulsory final cleaning of € 90 (4 persons) and  € 110 (more then 4 persons) per rental, including costs for electricity, gas and water. Linen rental for € 7,50 per person. A rental period of at least 2 weeks, there is a discount of € 50, - per week.
