Maison La Bergerie du Jas is 2 km away from the beautiful Provencal town Cotignac. The house is located in an area of 2000 meter, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. In the garden you will find a private swimming pool (9 x 5). The area is hilly with vineyards and olive trees.
The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bedroom. This bedroom (double bed, 1.90 to 1.40) has a private bathroom with shower and sink. The living / dining room has folding doors opening to the covered terrace.
On the first floor you will find three bedrooms (2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds of 90 x 1.90) and 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.90 to 1.40). Two bedrooms have a sloping roof. On the first floor you will find a large bathroom with bath and washbasin and a separate toilet.
In the garden is the pool of 9 x 5 meter and 1.50 deep. There is a large gas barbecue available.

Cotignac located in the heart of Provence at 230 meter altitude. It is a lively town with character. The weekly market, many fountains, the nice restaurants, nice terraces and shops in the main square with the planes to make this town an ideal holiday destination.
In the vicinity are beautiful golf courses (Golf Barbaroux the Gulf and the Sainte Baume) and wonderful walks. The Mediterranean Sea is just one hours drive. Further in the region the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Ste Croix.

Saturday from 16.00 hours until 10.00 hours Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
Rent includes charges for electricity, gas and water, excluding the mandatory cleaning fee per rental period
