The house Maison Le Pre is situated on a large lot of 8,000 m2, ten minutes walk from the picturesque village Varages in the heart of Provence in France. The house has four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is very suitable for 8 people. This spring a brand new swimming pool (8 bij4) will be constructed. Varages is very centrally located to all attractions, such as the Gorges du Verdon, the Mediterranean Sea and the larger cities such as Aix en Provence and Draguinan. In the immediate vicinity many wine chateaux and various beautiful 18 hole golf courses.
The cozy house has two spacious floors, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is very suitable for 2 families. On the ground floor you will find a spacious dining room and an additional large bright living room (with television) from which you have a beautiful view of the village. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. On the kitchen adjoining a delightful terrace (with views) that is tiled early 2009. A wonderful place for summer. You will also find a large hall with fireplace, a toilet, and a washing machine on the ground floor. On the first floor are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed (1.40 wide) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (0.80 wide). A bathroom has a tub / shower and a sink. The second bathroom has a sink and shower and is located at the master bedroom.

The house is last year refurbished and redecorated. As of January there is much to be done outside. The terrace in front of the house is broadened. The new terrace is the same height as the rest of the field. The current fence around the terrace is gone. The terrace in the kitchen is tiled. A brand new swimming pool is built for the house (photo location 4 to Exterior). Since we still have no pictures of new swimming pool and terrace, we have the rent for 2009 low. So an opportunity. On the back of the house (under the kitchen) is a small appartement where a lady lives with her daughter. The entrance to this apartment is another from the driveway to the village. You have always privacy as tenants. The large garden and swimming pool is exclusively for you as a tenant. Around the house is a really big garden. Behind the house a huge meadow. Varages is a small typical Provencal village with about 900 inhabitants, it is known by a pottery factory (including sale) and a pottery museum. There include two bakers, a butcher, a grocer / Greengrocer and a pharmacy. There are two bars, a pizzeria and restaurant "La Provence" that is simple and delicious. The village has a tennis court which can be rented. Varages is still barely discovered by the tourists, there is a syndicat d'initiative. Price: per week from Saturday to Saturday except compulsory final cleaning per rental of € 100, - including costs for electricity, gas and water. Linen rental for € 7.50 per person.
