Cotignac is located in the heart of Provence at 230 meters altitude. It is a lively town with character. The weekly market, many fountains, the nice restaurants, cozy terraces and shops makes this town an ideal holiday destination.
In the neighborhood are beautiful golf courses (Golf de Roux Barba and Golf de Sainte Baume) and great walking trails. The Mediterranean Sea is just an hour away. Further in the region the famous Gorges du Verdon and beautiful Lac Ste Croix.

The entrance is on the first floor. Here you will find a toilet, the large living-dining room (with TV) and a sufficiently equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave. From the kitchen you enter a charming courtyard. A lovely place for breakfast or dinner. At this courtyard is a bedroom (double bed) with own shower, sink and toilet. And a room with a washing machine and a freezer. From the courtyard you can walk to the beautiful large pool (9 to 4.5).

On the first floor of the house are the other 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with a double bed). Also on this floor, there is a bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and a toilet.

For the house is an area with olive trees, where you can sit quietly with a book and which can be played nicely.

Rent (euros) per week for:
Saturday from 16.00 am to 10.00 pm Saturday unless otherwise agreed.

Rent includes costs for electricity, gas and water and excluding the obligatory final cleaning of each rental period € 110 -.
