 The comfortable house Maison Sotto Vento is located in an area of nearly 3000 meters on a hill 3.5 km from the Provencal village Cotignac. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The olive trees, the beautiful view of the area and the new swimming pool make this home an ideal vacation spot to enjoy all the good that Provence has to offer.
The house has a living area of about 120 m2 and consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen: electric oven, microwave, four ring halogen hob, fridge with 4 * freezer space, dishwasher, double sink, extractor fan and coffee maker. The kitchen is accessible from the south terrace. Adjacent to the kitchen is the L-shaped living / dining room with French doors to the (south) terrace. There are also on the ground floor three bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms equipped with double bathroom furniture, bathroom and shower. On the first floor, fourth bedroom with adjacent (smaller) bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). All bedrooms have a modern (Daikin) reversible noise climate (in winter heating, summer cooling). The new swimming pool being constructed is kidney shaped and measurement plm. 8x4, 5x5, 5m. This pool is right next to the house. Deck chairs are available. A second terrace is located on the west next to the main bedrooms. Both terraces are beautiful stone tables and associated chairs available. The garden is completely fenced and the gate is sealable.
The house was rebuilt in recent months.
At present, work is the last bathroom and bedroom. The new Swimming is placed in the month of April. Photo impression Cotignac is located in the heart of Provence at 230 meters altitude. It is a lively town with character. The weekly market, many fountains, the nice restaurants and shops and the central square with the plane make this town an ideal holiday destination. The area is hilly with olive trees and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with great dining, beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barba Roux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and walks. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. Further in the region the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix. Prices (Euros) per week stay; Saturday 16.00 to Saturday 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed. Price includes water and electricity. Excluding the mandatory final cleaning € 110, - and a rent of bed linen € 7,50, - per person.
