Living / dining room (28 meters) with doors opening onto a partly covered and partly open terrace (50 meters), semi-open kitchen, very well equipped including a dishwasher and an American refrigerator. 

In addition to the 2 double bedrooms with a box spring, you will find a large bedroom / suite with twin beds, sitting area with sliding doors and overlooking the swimming pool, large bathroom (wheelchair accessible) with bath / shower, separate shower and toilet, a bedroom with a waterbed with an adjacent luxury bathroom with art-deco torrential shower and toilet on. 

Furthermore: washing machine, double garage, oak floors without barriers, terrace, garden, swimming pool. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. TV with English channels available. 

Outside you will find next to the beautiful views, two terraces, each with a cozy table for the cool evenings. Also here is the saltwater pool and outdoor kitchen with shower and toilet.
