The house is completely ground-floor. A living / dining room with an open kitchen. This living room (with TV, CD player and video) is attached to a beautiful conservatory with french windows to the terrace. From the kitchen there is a door to the (partially covered) terrace. Here's a fine gasbarbecue. The conservatory is attached to the swimming pool. This pool is covered or open as needed. Ideal for spring and autumn. Swimming is always a possibility. In the summer,the front partly opens so you swim outside. The pool also has a whirlpool.

In the garden (850 sq metres) is a ping pong table. Would really like to walk you are only 5 minutes from a forest. There are 2 bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed and there are 2 bathrooms. One bathroom (bathtub, sink and toilet) is connected to a bedroom. The second bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) is separate. In the living room is also a sofa bed.
