The house consists of 2 floors. The ground floor is the garage. The first floor is the living floor. Here you will find a large modern kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). There is a large living / dining room with French doors to outside. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (1.80 wide) and two bedrooms with two single beds (0.90 wide). There are two bathrooms. A sink, shower and toilet and a sink and bathtub. There is still half toilet in the corridor. 

There is an electric barbecue available.

The house is free: privacy is guaranteed. In 5 minutes walk to the village of Brue Auriac where you find a baker, butcher, a super Market, a cafe and a restaurant.

Price per week from Saturday to Saturday except compulsory final cleaning of € 90 per rental - including costs for electricity, gas and water. Bed linen for rent for € 7.50 per person.
