Villa La Caudane is a spacious (170 m2) comfortable holiday home situated on a terrain of 3500 m2 on a beautiful, quiet spot in Provence. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and rented to a maximum of 6 people. The private pool of 9 by 4.5 meters and the fantastic view of the surroundings make this house a holiday paradise. The house is located about 3 km from the Provencal village of La Verdière on a large private property. Privacy and peace are guaranteed here. La Verdière is located 45 km from the city of Aix en Provence and 30 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is an hour away. For hikers, there are endless hiking trails, including GR 99.

Arrangement

You enter on the floor of the kitchen / living room. A large space with open kitchen, dining area and sitting area. From the kitchen you can go outside on the veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer). In the sitting area there is a television (satellite) with which you can receive foreign channels. On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a separate bathroom with shower on this floor. Next to the kitchen on the veranda is a dining table. The veranda is 40 m2 of which 13 m2 covered. On this terrace you will experience the finest summer evenings with the beautiful view. Via a staircase you descend to a floor below where 2  bedrooms are located. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. A second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower sink and toilet. On this floor is also the garage where the freezer is located. A little lower is the private swimming pool. There are 6 sun loungers available.
This villa is rented to a maximum of 6 people.

Surrounding

In the village of La Verdière you will find a bakery, a butcher, two bars, a takeaway pizza and a small supermarket. A larger supermarket can be found in Vinon sur Verdon (20 minutes drive). The highlights of Provence and the French Riviera: Saint Tropez, Cassis or the Luberon are easily accessible for a day trip. The famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix are a half hour drive from the house. The area is hilly with olive trees and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with nice restaurants (for example in Ginasservis, Aups or Cotignac) beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and hiking trails. The Mediterranean is an hour away.

Prices

Rent per week from Saturday 16.00 to Saturday 10.00. Includes costs for water, electricity and gas. Excluding costs for final cleaning at € 110 and possible hire of bed linen at € 10 per person.
