Villa les Trèmes is a comfortable holiday home located on a fenced plot of 7000 m2. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The beautiful view, the garden and your private swimming pool ensure a wonderful place to enjoy all the good things that Provence has to offer. Varages is centrally located to all sights, such as the famous Gorges du Verdon, the Lac st. Croix (canoeing, rafting, sailing), the Mediterranean Sea and the larger cities such as Aix en Provence and Draguignan. For hikers, there are endless beautiful hiking routes, including Grande Randonée 99.

Arrangement

In the house you will find a living / dining room of 45 m2. Also an open fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker). On both sides of the living / dining room you can go outside. On the one hand you come to a charming courtyard of 75 m2. On the other side you will find a (partially) covered terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. At the living room you will find a separate room that serves as a reading room / library. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (head and foot adjustable) of 1.60 m by 2.00 m and a bathroom ensuite with shower and sink. This bedroom opens onto the terrace. The other two bedrooms have a double bed of 1.40 m by 1.90 m. There is a second separate bathroom with bath / shower and sink. There are two separate toilets in the house.

In front of the house, in front of the terrace, a little lower you will find the private swimming pool of 4 x 10 meters. Depth starting at a very shallow part (plage) and then descending from 0.90 m to 1.50 m. The pool can be secured for small children by means of a roof.

Surrounding

Varages is a small typical Provencal village with around 900 inhabitants, it is known by an earthenware factory (also sale) and an earthenware museum. There are two bakers, a butcher, a grocer / greengrocer and a pharmacy. There are two pubs, a pizzeria and the restaurant "la Provence". In the village there is a tennis court that can be rented. Varages has hardly been discovered by tourists, there is a syndicat d’initiative. Varages is approximately 45 km from Aix en Provence and 30 km from the Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. For hikers, there are endless beautiful hiking routes, including Grande Randonée 99. In the area plenty of opportunity for water sports, hiking and visiting charming Provencal markets. Nice restaurants in the area: Barjols: le Restau - place du Mairie. Fox Amphoux: La Table de Fanette, Moissac Belle Vie: Bistro Bellevue, Cotignac: Restaurant du Cours. St Maximin la Ste Baume: Hotel de France and Coté Jardin.
