The Maison Niel holiday home is located on a 500 m2 property about ten minutes' walk from the picturesque village of Varages in the heart of Provence in France. The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. You have your own private swimming pool (8 by 4 m.). Moreover, a nice view of the village. Varages is very centrally located in relation to all places of interest, such as the Gorges du Verdon, the Mediterranean Sea and the larger cities such as Aix en Provence and Draguinan. In the area plenty of opportunity for water sports, hiking and visiting cozy Provencal markets. Also nice restaurants.

Arrangement

On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, a living/dining room and a double bedroom (bed of 1.60 wide) with ensuite bathroom (shower and sink). There is also a separate toilet on this floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a separate bathroom (shower with sink) and a separate toilet. 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.40 m wide and 1 bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 m wide. At the house you will find a terrace with dining table.

The swimming pool is new, built in 2022. The photos show artificial grass around the swimming pool. Tiles will be laid around the pool in the coming months (March/April). The swimming pool measures 8 by 4 meters with a depth ranging from 1.60 m to 2.00 m.

Surrounding

Varages is a small typical Provencal village with about 1000 inhabitants. It is known for a pottery factory (also sales) and a pottery museum. There is a bakery, a butcher, a grocer/greengrocer and a pharmacy. There are two cafes and the restaurant "la Provence" (simple, but tasty). In the village there is a tennis court that can be rented The highlights of Provence and the French Riviera: Saint Tropez, Cassis or the Luberon are easily accessible for a day trip. The famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix are half an hour's drive from the house. The area is hilly with olive groves and vineyards. The pleasant city of Aix en Provence is about 45 minutes away. An ideal holiday destination with nice eateries (for example in Ginasservis, Aups or Cotignac), beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and hiking trails. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away.

Rental prices do not include costs for cleaning at € 110.

Excluding costs for renting bed linen at € 10 p.p.
