The gite à la ferme is located on a domaine of 6 hectares (with olive, fig and almond trees) in the Parc Regional Haut Verdon area in Provence. A wonderful place if you love nature and authentic Provencal villages. The gite has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and is suitable for 5 people. It is a 3-minute drive to the village of La Verdière. La Verdière is located 45 km from the city of Aix en Provence and 30 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean Sea is a good hour away. For hikers there are endless beautiful hiking trails, including GR 99.
Arrangement
In the gite a cozy living / dining room (with wood stove) and fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven) with bar. One bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). There are two beds that can also be used as a single bed. A second bedroom with 3 single beds. (2 single beds that can be put together and used as a double bed of 1.60 by 1.90 and on the mezzanine another single bed of 0.80 x 0.90). There is a sink in this second bedroom. There is a nice separate bathroom with Italian shower and toilet and a utility room with washing machine. You have your own terrace with a dining table, lounge set, parasol and barbecue. There are 2 parking spaces for your gite. On the domaine there is also another smaller gite (for 2 people) that is rented out and the house of the owner. Of course you have the option to walk all over the domaine.
