The holiday home Maison Peroua (100 m2 habitable space) is located on a property of 2500 m2 about 2 km from the picturesque village of Varages in the heart of Provence in France. The house has three bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is suitable for 4/6 persons. You have your own private swimming pool (10 x 5 m.). Varages is very centrally located in relation to all places of interest, such as the Gorges du Verdon, the Mediterranean Sea and the larger cities such as Aix en Provence and Draguinan. In the area plenty of opportunity for water sports, hiking and visiting cozy Provencal markets. Also nice restaurants

Arrangement

In the house (ground floor) you will find a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. There is a separate toilet. In two of the three bedrooms there is a double bed of 1.40 wide. The third bedroom has two single beds of 0.90 wide. The living room has a covered terrace with dining table. Behind the house is your private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters. Depth descending from 1.40 to 1.80 metres. You will find a plancha in the outdoor kitchen. On site you will also find a jeu de boules court and a table tennis table. Present: television with reception of French channels, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine.

Surrounding

Varages is a small typical Provencal village with about 1000 inhabitants. It is known for a pottery factory (also sales) and a pottery museum. There is a bakery, a butcher, a grocer/greengrocer and a pharmacy. There are two cafes and the restaurant "la Provence" (simple, but tasty). In the village there is a tennis court that can be rented The highlights of Provence and the French Riviera: Saint Tropez, Cassis or the Luberon are easily accessible for a day trip. The famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix are half an hour's drive from the house. The area is hilly with olive groves and vineyards. The pleasant city of Aix en Provence is about 45 minutes away. An ideal holiday destination with nice eateries (for example in Ginasservis, Aups or Cotignac), beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and hiking trails.

The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. 35 km from the Lac de Sainte Croix. 95 km from the Mediterranean Sea (Saint Tropez, Frejus, Saint -Aygulf).
