Completely open to the garden with large bay windows, the house is made up on the ground floor of a living room, a beautiful veranda, tv lounge, and an equipped kitchen, an indoor dining room and a bathroom. parental suite with Sbains and Wc.

On the first floor are three bedrooms and their bathroom with a view of the swimming pool and the landscape of the surrounding vineyards.

All around the house three large terraces to live to the rhythm of summer accommodate an outdoor dining room and an outdoor living room, with a large coffee table and two large sofas and 4 armchairs as well as a sheltered corner which extends the veranda with a sofa two armchairs and a coffee table.

The 10m X 5m swimming pool is exposed to the sun all day and has a large beach with deckchairs and a corner dressed in veils to take a nap in the shade and an outdoor shower near the mulberry tree.

On the 2500 m2 plot, the garden bordered by vines offers a wide variety of species of trees and flowers and fruit trees, olive trees, fig trees, apricot trees, apple trees, cherry trees as well as large plane trees in the generous shade which offer a beautiful freshness on the terraces and inside the house.

At the entrance of the house is a carport for two cars and a large platform around an olive tree to park several cars.

The area is hilly with olive groves and vineyards. A holiday destination with good restaurants, magnificent golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de la Sainte Baume) and hiking trails. The Mediterranean is an hour away. Further in the region, the famous Gorges du Verdon and the magnificent Lac de Sainte-Croix.

Cotignac is located in the heart of Provence, 230 meters above sea level. It is a lively village with character. The weekly market, the many fountains, the good restaurants, the shops and the central square shaded by plane trees make this village an ideal holiday destination.

Prices per week

The cabanon ca be hired (2 persons) for € 120 per day. minimum 2 days. 

Price per week from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. unless otherwise agreed.

The prices do not include the obligatory final cleaning of € 160 max 8 pers, € 180 max 11 pers.

Tourist tax: € 1.80 pp per night.

Electricity, gas and water costs are included.

You can bring your own bed linen or rent it for € 10 per person.
