It is about 40 km from Aix-en-Provence, 30 km from the Mediterranean Sea (Cassis, St. Cyr), and a 45-minute drive from Marseille airport. The beautifully located 18-hole public golf course of Nans les Pins, "La Sainte Baume," is within walking distance. You can also enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling in the Sainte Baume Nature Park.

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a spacious and cozy living/dining room with a large fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and toilet is also located on the ground floor. This bedroom has French doors that open to the terrace. There is a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms. One spacious bedroom with a large double bed (with mosquito nets on the windows) and one bedroom with two single beds. On this floor, there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet.
In the beautifully landscaped garden, your private pool of 8 x 4 meters awaits.
There is a lovely covered terrace and a second terrace (ideal for breakfast).
There is a carport, and space for 2 cars in front of the house.This carport connects the house with the adjacent house.

Surrounding
Nans les Pins is located among the vineyards in a beautiful part of Provence. It is a charming, small Provençal village set in a rural environment at the foot of the Sainte Baume Massif. The center features a 17th-century chapel, and you can also find the ruins of a castle and remnants of the former fortified town here. In the center, you will find a bakery, butcher, small supermarket, and restaurants.
Next to Le Jardin du Golf is the famous 18-hole golf course of Nans Les Pins.
Many activities, such as canoeing, rugged hikes, excursions, golf lessons, and cycling tours, can be directly accessed from the park. Notable cities to visit include Aix-en-Provence, the large port city of Marseille, and seaside towns like Bandol or Sanary. The Mediterranean coast with beautiful beaches and charming towns such as St. Cyr/Les Lecques, Cassis, and Bandol is just a half-hour drive away. The nearest town, St. Maximin la Sainte Baume, is 15 minutes by car, and Aix-en-Provence and Marseille are 40 minutes away. Marseille airport and the TGV station in Aix-en-Provence are both reachable within an hour by car.

27/09/25 – 25/10/25 ( pool closed) : Max 2 persons : € 1150 per week. Max 4 persons: € 1300 per week.
The price includes gas, water, electricity, and WIFI.
Upon arrival, guests are required to pay an additional €135 for cleaning, €11 per person for bed linen rental (mandatory) per change, and a tourist tax (from 18 years old): €2.00 per person per day.
A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival and must be paid via credit card authorization.
