Bastide Lauvière is a comfortable house (160 m2 habitable) situated on a large plot of 4500 m2. Garden doors lead from the living room to the large covered terrace. On the ground floor is a double bedroom (1.40 x 1.90), bathroom (shower, sink) and a separate toilet. On the first floor are the other three bedrooms. Two with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90). The third bedroom upstairs is a baby bedroom. Also on the first floor bathroom mat bath, shower, sink and toilet.

The private pool measuring 8.40 to 4.50 m. Depth down from 0.80 to 1.60 m. The pool is secured by a pool alarm.

The Holiday home Maison Le Jas St. Nicolas (175 m2) is situated in the south of France, in the heart of Provence (La Provence and the Parc Regional du Verdon), 3 km from the village of La Verdière. This villa with (heated) pool (9 x 4.5 meter and 1.60 deep) is situated on a large plot of 6000 m2. Privacy guaranteed. Around the pool a beautiful view of the surroundings. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate eight people. A lovely place to enjoy all the good that Provence has to offer. The house is centrally located to all the sights, such as the Gorges du Verdon, the Lac de Sainte Croix, the Mediterranean Sea and the larger cities such as Aix en Provence and Draguinan.

On the ground floor is a cozy fully equipped kitchen (cooker with ceramic hob, American fridge, electric oven, dishwasher). Also on the ground floor a living / dining room and two bedrooms: one bedroom with two bunk beds and one bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 to 2.00. On this floor is also a bathroom with tub / shower and sink and a separate toilet.

On the first floor there are also two bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 to 1.80 and one bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 to 2.00. The last bedroom (master bedroom) has a large terrace. On the first floor is the second bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin.

There are 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with a doubter bed. There are 2 bathrooms: 1 with bath / shower and 1 with an Italian shower. There are 2 separate toilets in the house. There is a cozy terrace with dining table on both sides of the house. Around the pool you will find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and fireplace and seating areas. The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 meters and can be closed with an electrically operated roller deck.
