Lou Pantail
Maison Lou Pantâil is situated on a large plot (10,000 m²) in the Provençal commune of Artignosc, on the border between the Var and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence departments. It is close (20 km) to the famous Gorges du Verdon and 2.5 km from Lake Artignosc. A wide range of water sports are available around the lake. It is also a wonderful place for walking, for example along the GR99 walking route.
The property comprises two flats and an annexe. Your own large (almost Olympic-sized) heated private swimming pool (8 x 15 metres), with an adjoining outdoor kitchen, makes it a true holiday paradise.
In total, there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lou Pantâil is available to rent for up to 10 people. In the early and late seasons, it is possible to rent just one flat (max. 4 people). However, you will still have the entire grounds and swimming pool to yourselves.
Promotional week 15/08/26 – 22/08/6: €1,800 for up to 8 people. €1,950 for up to 10 people.
Price per week from Saturday 4.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am.
Prices include use of the heated swimming pool (approx. 24 degrees) in the early and late seasons.
Includes costs for electricity, gas and water.

Excluding bed linen hire at €10 per person.

You access the first floor via an external staircase
The annexe (for 2 to 3 people) behind the swimming pool is simple but functional. It features one double bed and one single bed, a toilet, shower and washbasin.
Behind the house you’ll find the large heated (up to approximately 24 degrees) private swimming pool, measuring 8 by 15 metres. The depth slopes from 1.60 to 1.80 metres.
Next to the swimming pool is an outdoor kitchen with a fridge and a dishwasher. There is also an outdoor shower.
Wi-Fi is available.
There is no TV subscription. You can watch TV by connecting a tablet, computer or phone to the TV via Bluetooth.
Area
Artignosc-sur-Verdon is ideally situated at 515 metres above sea level on the border between the Var and the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, near the Gorges du Verdon. It is a popular destination thanks to the reservoir created in Quinson following the construction of the St Croix dam. Holidaymakers are drawn not only by the water-based activities on offer, but also by the region’s stunning and protected natural environment.
Lake Artignosc is 2.5 km away
Lake Sainte-Croix is 15 to 20 minutes’ drive away (13 km).
Nearby restaurants: Saint Laurent: 6 km. Régusse: 8 km. Quinson: 9.5 km.
The villages of Baudinard and Régusse are a 10-minute drive away.
Bauduen, on Lac Sainte Croix, is a 20-minute drive away.
Also well worth a visit is Quinson (where you can take an electric boat trip through the Lower Gorges du Verdon) or the market in Aups on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There’s a lovely market in Régusse on Sunday mornings.
