The properties we have selected, which you will find on our website, are all situated in the VAR department; a part of Provence where nature is at its very most beautiful.
The stunning coastline is characterised by red cliffs and graceful bays. Inland, the rugged mountain ridges begin almost immediately. The flora and fauna remain surprising and impressive, as do the endless vineyards where the Côtes de Provence is produced.
A visit to a wine château can be easily arranged, and of course you mustn’t miss the rosé! The lavender fields near Valensole are unique, and a day trip to the Mediterranean is well worth it.
If you’re the sporty type, you can cycle, walk, play golf, go canoeing or rafting to your heart’s content. Interesting cities such as Aix-en-Provence, Nice and Marseille are easily accessible for a day trip, and of course you mustn’t miss the natural beauty of the famous Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix.
Provence is also easily accessible by train or from the airport.
