Bastide Lauvière

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a seating area and a dining table. Adjacent to the living room is the fully fitted kitchen (hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). Sliding doors from the living room lead out onto the large covered terrace. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90), a bathroom (shower, washbasin) and a separate toilet. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of these have a double bed (1.40 x 1.90). The third bedroom is a nursery. There is also a bathroom on the first floor with a bath, shower, washbasin and a separate toilet.

The private swimming pool measures 8.40 by 4.50 m. The depth slopes from 0.80 to 1.60 m. The pool is secured with a pool alarm.

Facilities include: a large gas-fired plancha for outdoor cooking, Wi-Fi, a TV with French and international channels, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

One dog is permitted outside the high season (not in July and August).

In the village of La Verdière, you’ll find a bakery, a butcher’s, a café, a takeaway pizza place and a small supermarket. A larger supermarket can be found in Vinon-sur-Verdon (a 20-minute drive).

The highlights of Provence and the French Riviera – Saint-Tropez, Cassis and the Luberon – are easily accessible for a day trip. The famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte-Croix are just half an hour’s drive from the house.The surrounding area is hilly, dotted with olive groves and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with lovely places to eat (for example in Ginasservis, Aups or Cotignac), beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and walking routes. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour’s drive away.
