This charming, comfortable holiday home is beautifully situated in a peaceful location (on a 2,500-metre plot), surrounded by vineyards and overlooking a field of olive trees. It is situated approximately 4 km from the Provençal village of Cotiganc.
The villa, built in the Provençal architectural style, has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 11 people. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house. Behind the swimming pool in the garden is a cottage for 2 people with its own bathroom and a cosy terrace. Your own 10 x 5-metre swimming pool makes this house a true holiday paradise.
Cotignac is a charming, lively village (with cosy restaurants and cafés) centrally located in relation to all the attractions, such as the Gorges du Verdon, the Mediterranean Sea and the larger towns such as Aix-en-Provence and Draguignan.
Price per week from Saturday 4.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices do not include the compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €160 for up to 8 people, or €180 for up to 11 people.
Tourist tax: €1.80 per person per night.
Electricity, gas and water are included.
You may bring your own bed linen or hire it for €10 per person.

Layout
The ground floor of the main house is light and airy, opening out onto the garden with large bay windows. Here you’ll find a spacious, cosy living room, a beautiful veranda, a TV lounge, a fully fitted kitchen, a covered dining room and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, as well as a separate bathroom. The bedrooms offer views of the swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings.
There are three large terraces surrounding the house. Here, you can live life to the rhythm of summer. There is an outdoor dining area and an outdoor living area, featuring a large coffee table, two large sofas and four armchairs. There is also a sheltered corner extending the veranda, with two comfortable chairs and a (coffee) table.
The 10m x 5m swimming pool is bathed in sunshine all day long. There is a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and a shaded corner for an afternoon nap. There is an outdoor shower near the mulberry tree.
There is air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom.
The grounds feature a wide variety of trees, flowers and fruit trees, including olive, fig, apricot, apple and cherry trees. There are also large plane trees that provide shade and a cool atmosphere for the terraces and the house.
At the entrance to the house is a carport for two cars. There is also space for several more cars.
Area
The surrounding area is hilly, with olive groves and vineyards. A holiday destination with good restaurants, beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de la Sainte Baume) and walking routes. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour’s drive away. Further afield in the region are the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac de Sainte-Croix.
Cotignac lies in the heart of Provence, 230 metres above sea level. It is a lively village full of character. The weekly market, the many fountains, the good restaurants, the shops and the central square shaded by plane trees make this village an ideal holiday destination.
