Just outside the Provençal village of Cotignac, you’ll find this ideal holiday home with a swimming pool. Here, you’ll enjoy privacy and tranquillity, whilst still being within walking distance of the bakery, charming shops, terraces and restaurants. What’s more, this Provençal house has a lovely outdoor area and is completely enclosed from the outside world. Open the gate and a five-minute walk will take you right into the heart of Cotignac’s charming village square.

Price: per week from Saturday to Saturday, excluding the compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €100 per rental period, including the costs of electricity, gas and water.

You’ll need to bring your own bed linen and towels.

Layout. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a bath and shower. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room. Adjoining the living room is a lovely terrace with a barbecue. The owners of this house have deliberately chosen not to install a television in their holiday home. Good to know: washing machine available, dishwasher, Wi-Fi available,

Area

The surrounding area is hilly, dotted with olive groves and vineyards. It’s an ideal holiday destination with lovely places to eat, beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and walking routes. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour’s drive away. Further afield in the region are the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix.

Cotignac lies in the heart of Provence at an altitude of 230 metres. It is a lively little town full of character. The weekly market, the many fountains, the charming restaurants and shops, and the central square with its plane trees make this town an ideal holiday destination.
