Maison Esluci Provençau is a charming holiday home (80 m² main house plus an outdoor kitchen and a 30 m² studio) with a private swimming pool, set in a beautiful location (1,660 m² plot) in Provence. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 5 to 6 people.
A well-equipped outdoor kitchen and a private swimming pool make it a wonderful holiday destination.
Rians is about a 50-minute drive from the famous Gorges du Verdon and Lake Sainte-Croix. The town of Aix-en-Provence is a 40-minute drive away. The Mediterranean Sea is just over an hour away. For walkers, there are endless beautiful walking routes, including the Grande Randonée 99.
Price: per week from Saturday to Saturday, excluding the compulsory end-of-stay cleaning charge of €110 per rental period, including costs for electricity, gas and water.
Bed linen available to hire for €10 per person.

Layout
In the main house, you’ll find a spacious, cosy living/dining room and a lovely open-plan kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). There is also one bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.60 m by 2.00 m and French doors leading onto the terrace.
A second bedroom (children’s bedroom) has a single bed with an extra fold-out bed.
There is a separate bathroom with a bath, shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.
Adjoining the living room is a lovely, cosy terrace (shaded in summer) with a lounge set.
Outside, next to the swimming pool, is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a fridge and a 4-burner gas hob, as well as a barbecue and a pizza oven.
Next to the outdoor kitchen is a studio with a 1.60 m double bed (mezzanine) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
There is also a small pond.
Facilities: An exercise bike, a swing, a trampoline, a TV and internet. (The hot tub shown in the photo is no longer there.)
Area
The village of Rians is situated in the rolling hills of Provence, at the very tip of the Var, where four departments meet: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and the Var. In Rians, you’ll find two bakeries, a butcher, a supermarket, a GP, a chemist, a dentist, a vet, two cafés and a few restaurants. The imposing Church of Our Lady of Nazareth in Rians is certainly worth a visit.
Larger supermarkets can be found in Saint-Maximin-de-la-Baume (about a 20-minute drive). There is a lively Provençal market here on Wednesday mornings.
Restaurants in the immediate vicinity: In Rians, Hostellerie de L’Esplanade and La Roquette. La Bergerie in Ginasservis. In Varages, the local restaurant Le Provence.
In the immediate vicinity of Rians, you’ll find a number of lovely wine estates producing fine and delicious wines. Definitely worth a visit for a look round and a tasting. These include: Château Vignelaure, Château Revelette, Domaine des Toulons, Domaine des Toulons, Domaine la Realtiere, Abbaye de St. Hilaire, Chapelle de Ste. Bacchi, Château Pigoudet, Domaine Aix.
