Maison La Colombe
Maison La Colombe (150 m²) is a comfortably furnished holiday home situated on a gated plot of 1,000 metres in a small residential area, approximately 1 km from the Provençal village of Ginasservis in the Verdon region of Provence. Your own private swimming pool makes this house a wonderful holiday retreat. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. From the house, it’s a two-minute walk into the woods and a 10- to 15-minute walk to the village. In Ginasservis you’ll find a bakery, a supermarket, a restaurant and a café. The village is a 10-minute drive from Vinon-sur-Verdon, 50 minutes from the city of Aix-en-Provence and 40 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour’s drive away. For walkers, there are endless beautiful walking routes, including the GR 99.
Rental price (euros) for a weekly stay from Saturday 4.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am, unless otherwise agreed.
The price includes water, gas and electricity. It does not include the compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €110.
Bed linen can be hired for €10 per person.
You must bring your own towels.

Layout
On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a large living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, electric hob, oven, etc.). From the living room, you can step straight out onto the covered terrace (30m).
The ground floor also features one bedroom with a sofa bed (1.60 wide). There is also an Italian-style shower and a washbasin here. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed 1.60 wide and one bedroom with two single beds. On this floor, there is a bathroom with a bath/shower, two washbasins and a toilet.
Your swimming pool measures 7.40 by 3.50 m and is 1.50 m deep. There is a boules court in the garden.
Pets are permitted, subject to prior agreement.

Area
Lac d’Esparron is a 30-minute drive away. Lac de Sainte-Croix is a 35-minute drive away. The famous Gorges du Verdon are a 45-minute drive away
The Mediterranean coastal towns, including Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus, are around 75 km from Ginasservis. Adventurers can take a dip from the cliffs at the Calanques of Cassis. For those who prefer fresh water, there are of course also the beaches along Lake Sainte-Croix, where a wide range of water sports are available, such as surfing, sailing, catamaran sailing, canoeing and pedalos.
For keen walkers and climbers, there are beautiful walking and climbing routes in and around the Gorges du Verdon.
Golfers also have plenty of options. There are a number of excellent golf courses in the area. Nearby: climbing, swimming, golf, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, water sports, mountain sports.
There are also charming markets in the surrounding area in Aups, Villecroze, Salernes and Cotignac.
The region is home to olive groves, vineyards and fragrant lavender fields (in early July).
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll also find a number of lovely wine estates producing fine, delicious wines. Definitely worth a visit to see the vineyards and sample the wines. These include: Château Vignelaure, Château Revelette, Domaine des Toulons, Domaine des Toulons, Domaine la Realtiere, Abbaye de St. Hilaire, Chapelle de Ste. Bacchi, Château Pigoudet and Domaine Aix.
