Maison La Marguemma
Maison La Marguemma (130 m²) is a comfortable, tastefully furnished holiday home situated on a gated plot of 1,000 metres in a small residential estate, approximately 1 km from the Provençal village of Ginasservis. Your own private swimming pool makes this house a fantastic holiday destination. From the terrace and pool, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The house sleeps 8 people and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In Ginasservis you’ll find a bakery, a supermarket, a restaurant and a café. The village is a 10-minute drive from Vinon-sur-Verdon, 50 minutes from the city of Aix-en-Provence and 40 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour’s drive away. For walkers, there are endless beautiful walking routes, including the GR 99.
Rental price is per week, from 4.00 pm on Saturday to 10.00 am on Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.
Includes gas, water, electricity and Wi-Fi. Excludes the cost of the compulsory end-of-stay cleaning: €130 for more than 4 people, €110 for up to 4 people. Bed linen available to hire for €10 per person. Security deposit €400
Tourist tax: €2 per person (18+) per night.

Layout
On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, etc.). Next to the kitchen is a terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy a meal in the shade.
On the other side of the living area are sliding doors leading out onto a large terrace. Here you’ll find a cosy lounge set.
In front of the swimming pool is a wooden terrace with sun loungers.
On the ground floor, you’ll also find a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.60 by 1.90, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed measuring 1.40 by 1.90, and one bedroom has two single beds measuring 0.90 by 1.90.
In the garden you’ll find the 8 by 4 metre swimming pool. Depth: 1.50. The pool is secured with a pool alarm.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, barbecue (charcoal), TV with French and some international channels. Fans for the bedrooms. An extra fridge and washing machine in the utility room. Piano and guitar.
Pets allowed by prior arrangement.

Restaurants in the immediate vicinity: *De Bergerie* in Ginasservis; in Varages; *Hostellerie de L’Esplanade* in Rians; and there are several restaurants in Vinon-sur-Verdon.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll also find a number of lovely wine estates producing fine, delicious wines. Definitely worth a visit for a look round and a tasting. These include: Château Vignelaure, Château Revelette, Domaine des Toulons, Domaine des Toulons, Domaine la Realtiere, Abbaye de St Hilaire, Chapelle de Ste Bacchi, Château Pigoudet, Domaine Aix.
