Maison Lafon (100 m²) is situated in a quiet residential area, about 1 km away (a 10- to 15-minute walk to the bakery) from the village of Tavernes in the heart of the Provence Verte, the almost perpetually green part of the Var department in Provence. This comfortable house stands on a 650 plot and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your own private swimming pool and private jacuzzi on the upper terrace make this house a wonderful holiday retreat. There is air conditioning in the living/dining room and in the two upstairs bedrooms. In Tavernes, you’ll find a bakery, a small supermarket, a café and a restaurant. It’s a 10-minute drive to the charming centre of the town of Barjols. Tavernes is centrally located in relation to all the attractions, such as the famous Gorges du Verdon, Lac St Croix (canoeing, rafting, sailing), the Mediterranean Sea and the slightly larger towns such as Aix-en-Provence and Draguignan.

Rental price (euros) for a weekly stay from Saturday 4.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am, unless otherwise agreed.

The price includes water, gas and electricity. It excludes the compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €115.

Excludes tourist tax of €2 per person (18+) per night.

Bed linen can be hired for €10 per person.
You must bring your own towels.

On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen. This living area is air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, fridge-freezer, De’Longhi bean-to-cup coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher). There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (1.60 wide). From this bedroom, you have direct access to the terrace via sliding doors. Next to the downstairs bedroom is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The living room opens onto a partially covered terrace with a dining table. The pergola can be opened and is fitted with lighting.

On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a double bed (1.60 wide). The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

A real highlight is the large terrace with a Jacuzzi on this floor. Here you can relax in the evening and gaze at the stars. The terrace is furnished with cosy cushions, a small table and a mini fridge.

Your swimming pool is situated in front of the terrace. The pool measures 6 x 3 metres and is 1.50 deep. The pool can be covered using an electrically operated roller cover.

Facilities include: a Weber gas barbecue and plancha, Wi-Fi, a TV with French and international channels, and a washing machine.

Pets and smoking are not permitted inside the house.
