Maison Le Jas St. Nicolas
The holiday home Maison Le Jas St. Nicolas (175 m²) is situated in the south of France, in the heart of Provence (La Provence Verte and the Parc Régional du Verdon), 3 km from the village of La Verdière. This villa, featuring a (heated) private swimming pool (9 x 4.5 metres and 1.60 metres deep), is set on a large plot of 6,000 m². Privacy guaranteed. The pool area offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. A wonderful place to enjoy all the best that Provence has to offer. The house is centrally located in relation to all the attractions, such as the Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Sainte Croix, the Mediterranean Sea and the larger towns such as Aix-en-Provence and Draguignan.
- The price is per week and includes gas, water and electricity. The compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €130 is not included.
- You can bring your own bed linen or hire it for €10 per person.
- Security deposit: €400
For pool heating (if required), a flat rate of €125 per week will be charged outside the months of July and August.

Layout
On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy, fully fitted kitchen (cooker with ceramic hobs, American-style fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave). Also on the ground floor are a living/dining room and two bedrooms: one bedroom with two bunk beds and one bedroom with two single beds measuring 0.90 by 2.00. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a bath/shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.
There are also two bedrooms on the first floor: one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 by 1.80) and one bedroom with a double bed (1.60 by 2.00). The final bedroom (the master bedroom) has a large terrace. On the first floor, you’ll find the second bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
In the garden, you’ll find plenty of lovely spots to relax. Here, too, is your private swimming pool, measuring 9 x 4.5 metres. The pool can be heated to 28 degrees. It can be covered (including child safety features) with an electric roller cover.
Facilities include: TV with French-language channels, Wi-Fi, table tennis table, plancha, washing machine, boules court, cot and high chair.
A small dog is permitted by prior arrangement.
Area
The highlights of Provence and the French Riviera – Saint-Tropez, Cassis and the Luberon – are easily accessible for a day trip. The famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte-Croix are just half an hour’s drive from the house.The surrounding area is hilly, dotted with olive groves and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with lovely places to eat (for example in Ginasservis, Aups or Cotignac), beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and walking routes. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour’s drive away.
