Villa Saint Julien
The comfortable villa “Saint Julien” (145 m² of living space) is set on a 1,000 m² plot, approximately 1 km (a 15-minute walk) from the Provençal village of Saint Pierre, in the municipality of Saint Julien de Montagnier, The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. A lovely (heated) private swimming pool and the beautiful views make this house a wonderful holiday retreat. Saint Julien de Montagnier is situated approximately 60 km from Aix-en-Provence and 20 km from the Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix. The Mediterranean Sea is just over an hour’s drive away. For walkers, there are endless beautiful walking routes, including the Grande Randonée 99.
Weekly rental price from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00. Includes the cost of water, electricity and gas. Excludes the cost of final cleaning: €100 (max. 4 people) and €140 (max. 8 people).
Swimming pool open and heated from 1 May.
Tourist tax not included.
Bed linen is available to hire at €10 per person.

Layout
Villa Saint Julien is a modern house built in 2020. There are neighbours, but you’ll have plenty of privacy and a stunning view. The house is comfortably furnished with good-quality beds (box springs).
On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living area with an open-plan (fully fitted) kitchen, a dining table and a sitting/TV area. There is a guest toilet. The kitchen includes an induction hob, an electric oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and a toaster. The utility room contains an American-style fridge, a wine fridge and a washing machine. On the ground floor, you’ll also find two bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 1.60 m by 2.00 m, and a separate bathroom with a washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet. There are roller shutters on all the windows.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 1.60 by 2.00 metres and one with a bunk bed. Adjacent to the bedroom with the bunk bed is a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
Adjoining the living area is a terrace. Next to this is the 3 by 6 metre swimming pool. Depth: 1.50 m.

Area
It’s a 15-minute walk to the village of Saint Pierre, in the municipality of Saint Julien de Montagnier. In the village you’ll find two bakeries, a butcher, a small supermarket, a restaurant, a pizzeria and a café. A larger supermarket is a 10-minute drive away in Ginasservis. Lac d’Esparron is a 25-minute drive away. You can reach Lac de Sainte-Croix in 30 minutes. The famous Gorges du Verdon are a 45-minute drive away. The highlights of Provence and the French Riviera – Saint-Tropez, Cassis and the Luberon – are easily accessible for a day trip. The surrounding area is hilly, dotted with olive groves and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with lovely places to eat (for example in Ginasservis, Aups or Cotignac), beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and walking trails. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour’s drive away.
