The property is set in a spacious, sunny, beautifully landscaped garden (approx. 950m²) offering plenty of privacy, with a private 5x10m swimming pool (unheated and available from mid-April to mid-October), an outdoor shower and various terraces.

Ground floor: private parking space, garage, entrance hall with separate toilet, spacious and very cosily furnished living room including a television with Dutch channels via streaming.

Modern, luxury open-plan kitchen fitted with various built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. 
From the living room, French doors lead out to the various terraces, which are furnished with comfortable garden furniture, including sun loungers. Plenty of opportunities to relax in the sun or shade. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two beds (90x200) placed side by side and an en-suite bathroom with a double washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower. The ground-floor bedroom is air-conditioned.  French doors provide direct access to the garden with its private swimming pool.

On the first floor is a large bedroom with two comfortable box-spring beds (each 90×200) and a second bedroom, also with two box-spring beds (90×200) that can be placed side by side. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. Spacious bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and shower.

The garage contains a freezer, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. (There is no space to park a car in the garage.) There is one adult bicycle and an electric and gas barbecue available.

The villa complex is secured by a fence and a barrier, and Dutch management is on site all year round. The villa complex features a reception, a bread delivery service during the summer months and a bar in the large central communal area. There is some playground equipment in the park for the children.

Nans-les-Pins is situated amongst the vineyards in a truly beautiful part of Provence. It is a charming, small Provençal village in a rural setting at the foot of the Massif de Saint-Baume. The village centre has a 17th-century chapel, and you can still see the ruins of the castle and the remains of the former fortified town here. In the centre, you’ll find a bakery, a butcher’s, a small supermarket and a few restaurants.

Next to Le Jardin du Golf lies the famous 18-hole golf course at Nans-les-Pins.

Many activities, such as canoeing, challenging hikes, excursions, golf lessons and cycle rides, can be undertaken directly from the park. Places of interest include Aix-en-Provence, the major port city of Marseille, or seaside resorts such as Bandol or Sanary. The Mediterranean coast, with its beautiful beaches and charming villages such as St. Cyr/Les Lecques, Cassis and Bandol, is half an hour’s drive away. The nearest town, St Maximin la St Baume, is a 15-minute drive away, whilst Aix-en-Provence and Marseille are 40 minutes’ drive away. Marseille Airport and the TGV station at Aix-en-Provence are both within an hour’s drive.
