Maison La Canardiere
Maison La Canardière is situated in the heart of Provence, in a beautifully peaceful spot in the countryside, close to the village of St Antonin and the town of Lorgues. This villa with guest house can accommodate 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms (all with air conditioning), 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower (hot water) at the guest house. The two terraces, the lovely spacious garden, the private swimming pool (which can be heated) and the stunning views make this place a holiday paradise.
Next to the villa is a spacious car park where several cars can be parked in the shade. You’ll immediately notice a long, covered terrace on two sides of the villa. Two large and comfortable dining sets are set up here. There are also comfortable chairs from which to enjoy the stunning views over the valley and the setting sun.
A flight of steps leads down to the lower-level swimming pool (heated if required) and the guest house. The pool measures 5 x 11 metres and sun loungers are provided on the wooden sun terrace. There is a small bar with a fridge by the pool.
In summer 2026, the house will be let to a maximum of 8 people (excluding the cabanon). High-season rental price: €3,100 per week
Rental prices exclude costs for end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and 2 shower towels per person. These costs are €350 per rental period for the period 4 July – 22 August. For other rental periods, the cost is €250.
Rental prices include electricity, water, gas and the heated swimming pool.
The rental price is for a weekly stay from 4.00 pm on Saturday to 10.00 am on Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.

Layout
On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a dining area. The dining area and the kitchen have French doors leading out onto the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor, you’ll also find one bedroom with a double bed (a good, comfortable sofa bed). Adjacent to this is a bathroom with a washbasin, shower cubicle and toilet. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor. All three bedrooms have two single beds (0.90 by 2.00) which, when pushed together, work very well as a double bed. There are also two bathrooms on the first floor. Wi-Fi is available.
The annexe, the guest house, is situated about 40 metres from the main house. This accommodation is simply furnished, but a lovely spot for two people. Here you’ll find two single beds (which can also be used as a double bed), a washbasin with running water and a toilet. There is also an outdoor shower: at the rear of the guest house is a shower with folding doors – perfect for a lovely shower (with hot water) in the open air!
Available for children: a camp bed, a cot, a high chair, a swing, a table tennis table, family games and playing cards.
Area
In the village of St. Antonin, you’ll find a bakery, a small supermarket, a bar/restaurant and a wine co-operative. Larger supermarkets are 10 km away in the charming town of Lorgues.
The surrounding area is hilly, dotted with olive groves and vineyards. It’s an ideal holiday destination with lovely places to eat, beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and walking routes. There are many lovely walks to be had in the immediate vicinity of the house. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour’s drive away. Further afield in the region are the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix. The town of Lorgues is a ten-minute drive away and offers all the amenities you need. The market in Lorgues on Tuesdays is definitely worth a visit.
