Maison Regain (65 m²) is a charming holiday home with a private swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, situated within walking distance of the Provençal village of Néoules. Néoules is situated in the Provence Verte and the Sainte-Baume Regional Nature Park. Surrounded by vineyards, it is 35 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea (Hyères, Toulon).

The property has one bedroom, one bathroom and sleeps two people. It is air-conditioned. Next to the swimming pool, in an outbuilding, you’ll find a sauna and a jacuzzi. So you’ll have your very own wellness area here!

Maison Regain is a 5-minute walk from Néoules, where you’ll find a bakery, a grocery shop, a café and two small restaurants. The charming town of Garéoult is 4 km away (with a large supermarket, good restaurants and shops).

Price per week from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00.

Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee not included: €100.

Layout

You enter the living area with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer (3 drawers), a microwave and a kettle. French doors lead out onto the terrace.

The property also features a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, and a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m wide).

The property is situated on a large plot (6,000 m²). The neighbouring property, approximately 300 metres away, belongs to the owner.

In addition to your private swimming pool, you also have access (for private use) to a jacuzzi and a sauna.

If you wish, you can also sit under an olive tree on the grounds and enjoy a good book.

Small dogs are permitted subject to prior agreement.

Area

Néoules is a village situated in the heart of the Var, in the Provence Verte and the Sainte-Baume Regional Nature Park. Surrounded by vineyards, it is 35 minutes from the coast (Hyères, Toulon).

Néoules is also 60 km from the beautiful cities of Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Draguignan.
Far from the region’s major roads and hustle and bustle, the village offers unrivalled tranquillity and quality of life.

At the foot of the Verrerie and Saint-Clément massifs (705 metres), wooded areas which, to the south, overlook the Gapeau valley via the Cuers rock formation, the village of Néoules lies opposite Mount La Loube (850 metres), on the other side of the plain irrigated by the Issole.

The surrounding area offers wonderful walking and cycling routes.

There are also numerous wine estates in the region (including Domaine de Trians in Néoules).
