Maison Tourves: La Source is a comfortable holiday home set on a 2,500 m² plot, 5 km from the Provençal village of Tourves in the heart of Provence. Tourves is crossed by the River Caramy and lies between the towns of Saint-Maximin-de-la-Baume and Brignoles, 48 km north of Toulon. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. In front of the house is a lovely private swimming pool measuring 10 by 5.30 metres. From the pool and the south-facing terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of the stunning countryside. Nearby are the magnificent Sainte Baume and Sainte Victoire mountain ranges. Further afield in the region are the famous Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour’s drive away. For walkers, there are endless beautiful walking routes, including the Grande Randonée 99.
Price per week from Saturday 4.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am, excluding the cost of compulsory end-of-stay cleaning and bed linen per rental period, at €200.
Includes the cost of gas and water.
Excludes electricity costs at 0.35 ct per kWh.

Layout
On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a cosy living room with an open-plan (fully fitted) kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge), adjoining a large utility room. There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed 1.60 wide. This bedroom has a washbasin and shower. A second bedroom has a double bed 1.80 wide, and a third bedroom has a double bed 1.60 wide. There is also a spacious separate bathroom on the ground floor with an Italian-style shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds.
There is air conditioning both downstairs and upstairs.
The spacious swimming pool measures 10 m by 5.30 m and has a depth that slopes (with steps) from 0.90 m to 1.95 m.

A covered terrace with an attached barbecue.
A large outdoor table with chairs for 8 people.
There is also a small square outdoor table for 4 people, which can be moved into the sun or shade for breakfast, or used as a side table.
There are 6 sun loungers available.

Area
With a population of almost 5,000, Tourves has managed to preserve its authentic and charming old Provençal centre. In Tourves you’ll find a small restaurant, two bakeries and a small supermarket. Larger supermarkets can be found in Saint Maximin de la Baume (14 km) and Brignoles (10 km).
