Villa Paradis d'Azur is situated in the Le Jardin du Golf holiday park (managed by a Dutch company), 3 km from the Provençal village of Nans-les-Pins. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Your own private swimming pool (8 x 4) and two terraces make it a true holiday paradise.

The villa park comprises 59 villas on spacious plots and features two private tennis courts, table tennis tables and a communal outdoor swimming pool measuring 19 x 7.5 m with a children’s pool measuring 4.5 x 4.5 m and a sun terrace. The park is situated 3 km from the village of Nans-les-Pins, amongst the vineyards in a beautiful part of Provence at the foot of the St Baume massif. It is approximately 40 km from Aix-en-Provence, 30 km from the Mediterranean Sea (Cassis, St Cyr) and a 45-minute drive from Marseille Airport. The beautifully situated 18-hole public golf course at Nans-les-Pins, ‘La Sainte Baume’, is within walking distance. You can also enjoy wonderful walks and cycle rides in the Sainte Baume Nature Park.

An 8% discount applies for bookings of 3 consecutive weeks.

The price includes gas, water, electricity and Wi-Fi.

On arrival, tenants pay an additional €140 for cleaning, the (compulsory) hire of bed linen at €11 per person per change, and the tourist tax (for those aged 18 and over): €2.00 per person per day.

The security deposit of €300 is to be paid by tenants on arrival via credit card authorisation.

Layout

On the ground floor of the villa, you’ll find a spacious, cosy living/dining room with a large, fully fitted kitchen. The master bedroom, with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and a toilet, is also on the ground floor. This bedroom has French doors leading out onto the terrace. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one spacious bedroom with a large double bed (with fly screens on the windows) and one bedroom with two single beds. On this floor, there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a toilet.

Your private 8 x 4-metre swimming pool is set in the beautifully landscaped garden.

There is a lovely covered terrace and a second terrace (a lovely spot for breakfast).

There is a carport with space for two cars in front of the house. This carport connects the house to the neighbouring property.

Facilities: 5 sun loungers, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi. Coffee machines: Delonghi capsule machine, filter coffee machine and Senseo. 3 fans.

Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Area

Nans-les-Pins is nestled amongst the vineyards in a truly beautiful part of Provence. It is a charming little Provençal village in a rural setting at the foot of the Massif de Saint-Baume. The village centre features a 17th-century chapel, and you can still see the ruins of the castle and the remains of the former fortified town. In the centre, you’ll find a bakery, a butcher’s, a small supermarket and a few restaurants.

Next to Le Jardin du Golf lies the famous 18-hole golf course at Nans-les-Pins.

Many activities, such as canoeing, challenging hikes, excursions, golf lessons and cycle rides, can be undertaken directly from the park. Places of interest include Aix-en-Provence, the major port city of Marseille, and seaside resorts such as Bandol or Sanary. The Mediterranean coast, with its beautiful beaches and charming villages such as St. Cyr/Les Lecques, Cassis and Bandol, is half an hour’s drive away. The nearest town, St Maximin la St Baume, is a 15-minute drive away, whilst Aix-en-Provence and Marseille are 40 minutes away. Marseille Airport and the TGV station at Aix-en-Provence can both be reached within an hour by car.
