On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living/dining room with a fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine). The living room has a television (French and international channels).

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 wide) and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 wide) and two bedrooms with a double bed (1.40 wide). One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom (with shower). There is also a separate bathroom on the first floor and a separate toilet.

Sliding doors from the living/dining room lead out onto a partially covered terrace.

A little further on is the 9 by 4 metre swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 0.20 to 1.40 m. The shallow end is lovely for small children or for adults to sit and relax with a book or a drink.

There is a boules court in the garden.

Facilities include a gas-fired plancha, a table football table, a table tennis table, Wi-Fi and fans in the bedrooms.

Pets are not allowed

In the village of La Verdière, you’ll find a bakery, a café, a takeaway pizzeria, a delicatessen, a small restaurant and a small supermarket. There’s a larger supermarket in Ginasservis (a 10-minute drive) or Vinon-sur-Verdon (a 20-minute drive).

The highlights of Provence and the French Riviera – Saint-Tropez, Cassis and the Luberon – are easily accessible for a day trip. The famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte-Croix are just half an hour’s drive from the house.The surrounding area is hilly, dotted with olive groves and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with lovely places to eat (for example in Ginasservis, Aups or Cotignac), beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and walking routes. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour’s drive away.
